Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes! We support number porting from all major carriers. During signup, you can choose to port your current number. The porting process typically takes 7-10 business days.

What equipment do I need?

You can use any SIP-compatible phone, ATA adapter, or softphone application. We support standard SIP protocol for maximum device compatibility.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. Please note that we do not offer refunds on plans already purchased.

What is E911?

Enhanced 911 (E911) provides your physical address to emergency dispatchers when you dial 911. This is a critical safety feature for VoIP service and is required by the FCC.

Can I get a toll-free number?

Toll-free numbers (800, 888, 877, etc.) are available for business plan customers at the standard phone number rate of $1.50/month.

How does auto-pay work?

When enabled, auto-pay will automatically charge your card on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can enable or disable auto-pay at any time from your customer portal.
